The Weary Traveler

You've walked many a road
Seems the world's worn you out
Calm are your actions
Yet I hear your heart shout

Your feet must be tired
Your shoes they are worn
Seems you have a direction
Yet appear to be torn

Sit still for awhile
I'll make you some tea
Whatever your troubles
You can surely tell me

Sing me your song
And I'll be your ear
If it's shelter you seek
You can gladly stay here

My home it is humble
But it is safe and quite warm
I sure hope you'll rest here
Seems you've weathered a storm

It's amazing how much heartache can create such beautiful poetry!!! Even if the guys are useless, they sure do make for some good writing! :-)
